Now we are in another national lockdown,  we would again like to reassure customers that Labcold will remain open as usual. We have good stocks, especially of the larger pharmacy refrigerators and will do all we can to ensure we can supply them well within our SLAs. Our service technicians will also be available for maintenance, calibration and other issues.

Although Labcold has become a Covid secure workplace with measures taken such as wearing masks in communal areas and daily temperature monitoring etc it means we have to limit the number of colleagues in the office to ensure we can fully protect them and our production team. This means you may expereince problems calling us as colleagues are working at home and our phone system can be temperamental. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working on the issue but please email us instead and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
