Looking to start your career in sales? We’ve got an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Contract Sales Representative.
Working mainly from home, with frequent visits to clients, old and new, you’ll be responsible for building customer loyalty, dealing with queries, increasing customer spend, identifying opportunities and growing the customer base in this strategic area. As you would expect, full training is available and, as this is a new position, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow sales and develop the role in a rapidly expanding part of the business.
Ideally educated to degree level, you’ll need to be computer literate and have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths at grade 4 or equivalent, plus a full clean driving licence.

Job Title – Trainee Contract Sales Representative
Preferred living location – West or East Midlands
Sales Territory – Midlands and surrounding areas. However there would be a requirement to work in London/Oxford/Southwest/East Anglia.
Benefits – In addition to a competitive salary and a generous commission structure (after 6 months’ probation) there is also a company pension scheme, private health scheme after successful completion of probation period and 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. About the Job
The ideal candidate should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives on a challenge. Able to hit the ground running with a driven attitude, this person will be comfortable to work independently with either sales experience or some knowledge of NHS trusts preferable however, full training will be provided.
The role involves maintaining current customer relationships and the crucial development of new ones. You will be expected to grow new and current business in line with company targets and demonstrate a high conversion sales rate, for which you will be suitably rewarded.
You will need to be a friendly and approachable individual with a ‘customer focused’ attitude and a great team player as you will work not only with other members of the sales team but with our service technicians and wider team.
This is a permanent position subject to satisfactory completion of a 6 month probationary period.
