Modern Slavery Act Policy Statement

Labcold Limited support such an important act. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, not only within our own business units but also within our supply chain. Slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society and we all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks; however small within our business and wider supply chain. 

We are aware of and understand the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Slavery is a crime and a violation of human rights and takes various forms including servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking.  We are committed to acting ethically in all our business dealings and ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to prevent modern slavery within our business or our supply chain.   

This policy applies to all persons working for us including employees at all levels, directors, officers, external consultants, agency workers, contractors, interns, volunteers, third-party representatives, business partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
