Standard Warranty Coverage
Labcold provides a standard 12-month parts and labour warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in design, materials and workmanship. In some cases, products may be covered for up to 18 months from the date they leave our factory, whichever comes first. Repairs or replacements will be carried out at Labcold’s discretion, provided the product has been installed, operated and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. Depending on the issue, products may need to be returned to Labcold for assessment and repair or replacement.

Exclusions & Limitations
Certain consumable parts such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses and recording paper are covered for only 30 days, while high-wear components like door seals, locks and shelves have a 90-day warranty. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, modifications or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered. On-site repairs by Labcold engineers are only available within mainland Great Britain, and any third-party repairs without prior Labcold approval will void the warranty.

Warranty Claims & Process
If you believe your Labcold product is faulty, first contact the distributor or vendor from whom it was purchased. If you bought directly from Labcold or cannot reach the original vendor, contact the Labcold After Sales Support team. You will need to provide the product code, serial number, proof of purchase, fault description and your contact details. Our team will assess the issue and may offer troubleshooting steps, arrange a site visit by a Labcold engineer or request that the unit be returned for further inspection.
What to Expect from Labcold
Our goal is to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We may ask for additional details or suggest troubleshooting steps to diagnose the problem. Once your request is logged, you’ll receive a unique call reference number. If a Labcold engineer is required on-site, we aim to have one available within three working days.
