Single Gel Coolant Pouch
Maintain reliable temperatures during transport with the Single Gel Coolant Pouch. Designed to be used alongside our insulated vaccine transport bags, these high-performance gel pouches are an easy and effective way to extend cold chain time for vaccines and temperature-sensitive medicines on the go.
Each pouch is made from puncture-resistant virgin grade LDPE with Metallocene, making them robust enough for repeated use in demanding environments. Unlike some gel packs, there's no need to hydrate before use, meaning they're ready to go straight from the freezer or fridge.
The flexible pouch format makes them easy to position within your insulated bag, laying flat alongside or beneath your vaccine stock to help maintain the target temperature throughout your session. Measuring approximately 185mm x 260mm (around 30mm thick when frozen flat), they are compatible with the Labcold vaccine transport bag range, and recommended quantities for each bag size can be found on the individual vaccine bag product pages.
