Pharmachill Coolant Block (Large)

Keep vaccines and medicines at the right temperature on the go with the Pharmachill Coolant Block (Large). Designed to work seamlessly with the Labcold vaccine transport bag range, these rigid coolant blocks provide reliable, consistent cooling for 2-8°C and 15-25°C cold chain requirements.

Made from durable, rigid plastic with a non-toxic, water-based PCM (Phase Change Material), these blocks can be chilled or frozen and placed upright inside your vaccine bag to add insulation and maintain stable temperatures throughout outreach sessions. Unlike soft gel packs, the rigid design means they stand securely in the sides of the bag - delivering effective, constant cooling without shifting or collapsing.

These coolant blocks fit neatly into the Labcold 10L, 20L and 30L vaccine bags, and multiple blocks can be used in a single bag to extend cold chain time even further. Recommended quantities for each bag size can be found on the individual vaccine bag product pages.
